| Supplies Needed: Paint Shop Pro I did this in 10 but it can be done in 9. Supplies (Make sure you put the selections into the selections folder for PSP) Ok now let's get started. 1. Open a new canvas 400 X 400 flood fill it with white. 2. Select your preset shapes tool, and choose the rounded rectangle shape. Now set the line style to Diamond (you can choose another one.. it's up to you). Create as a vector checked and anti-alias checked, width: 9.0 foreground color black, background color null. now draw a rectangle starting from the left towards the right but not all the way to the right.. about 3/4 over. convert to raster layer. Now duplicate this layer, grab your mover tool, and move the top rectangle over to the right hand side of your canvas and down some (see my tag up top), merge down. Set the blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to about 79. 3. Now highlight your tube and duplicate it, and resize it to fit your canvas, i resized mine to 300 Hight. right click and copy your tube....grab your mover tube and move it to the lefthand corner of your canvas. Now set the blend mode to Luminance (L). 4. Now right click on your canvas, and paste as a new layer. Now go to image ~ mirror... and move the tube to the upper right hand corner. 5. Now hide your 2 tube layers, and highlight the layer that has your rectangles on it. and add a new raster layer. Now go to selections, and go to Load/Save selections ~load from disk ~ and select SADBunny_Girl. now flood fill the selection with black. 6. Go to effects Texture effects ~ Blinds and use the following settings.. Width: 8 Opcaity: 28 Horizontal checked Color: White now set the blend mode to Luminance (L) and lower the opicity to 50 7. Now unhide your tube layers and highlight the top layer, and add a new raster layer. and go to selections ~ load/save selection ~ load from disk ~ and find the SADBunny_Girl2 and select that one. 8. Now flood fill this selection with black, and then select none. Now duplicate this layer, and grab your mover tool and move it slightly down and to the right. 9. Now go to effects ~ texture effects ~ blinds and use the same settings that we used before. 10. now go to layers ~ merge down 11. Go to effects ~ 3D effects ~ drop shadow and use these settings: V: 8 H: 5 Opacity: 84 Blur: 7.0 Color: Black 12. Now highlight the accent tube, and duplicate it and close out the original. Now select your cropping tool and crop the head that you would like to use. And then right click and copy. Now highlight your canvas that we have been working on, and paste it as a new layer, grab your mover tool and place the head into the square we did the blinds effect on. Now add your text. 13. Merge all (flatten) and save it and your done! |
