Tube of your choice
Animation Shop
Eye candy 400
Graphics plus.

Ok Now, go grab you a drink and a snack.. and go do what you need to do and we'll begin!

Open a new transparent canvas of 400 X 400

Now grab your folld fill tool and flood fill your canvas with a light color from your tube.

Add a new layer, go to selections~ select all~ modify~ contract~20 pixals
selections~invert
Now flood fill inside the selection with a dark color from your tube

now go to effects~ plugins~Eyecandy 400
and use these settings..

Select None.
Rename this layer "Frame"

Open your tube and duplicate it(shift + D) and close out the original

now resize your tube so it will fit your canvas. the max hight it should be is 375 pixals.

now move it below your frame layer,
duplicate your tube.
rename the duplicate "tube"
and the first one to "pinwheel" this layer should be below the tube layer

now highlight your tube layer, and select your text tool. your settings to vector. the size and color is up to you.

put your text. now if you want to rotate it or resize it, do so now.
now on your layer pallet. right click on the layer and convert to raster layer.

now once again click on your tube layer, add a ner raster layer, on this ner raster layer add your watermak. and any copyright info that is needed.

now if you would like to resize your canvas do so now.

make sure your frame layer is on top of all of your layers.

now highlight the layer named "pinwheel"

go to effects~ graphics plus~ pinwheel

and follow these settings.....
